The Friends are always seeking New Members and New Fresh Ideas. 

 

  What do Friends of the Grace Balloch Memorial Library do?

• Promote a love of libraries and reading throughout our Greater Spearfish Community;
• Assist with Friends Fundraisers such as our Friends Quarterly Book Sales & Join Our Early Bird Special Pre-Book Sale Previews for Friends of GBML;
  
• Sponsor and Help Our Staff with Special Seasonal Events at the Library;
  
• Join in on many Volunteer Opportunities that support our Library & Help Encourage Reading Education, such as the Library's Summer Reading Campaigns and Our Friends Annual Spring "REACH" First Grade Reading Program;
• Help Provide Extra Financial Support for Our Library and Staff to ensure the GBM Library is well funded and will remain strong for many generations to come.
